Police investigating a fraud involving a VW van have released a CCTV image of a man they would like to speak to in connection with the incident.

Between 2:45pm on Wednesday 8 August and 2pm on Friday 10 August 2012, the victim was contacted by telephone regarding the purchase of the van and a credit card was used to make several payments towards the balance.

Once the van had been taken those payments were stopped. The van was then resold a few days later in Middlesex and re-registered. Officers have since seized the van.

Officers would like to speak to anyone who believes they may recognise the man pictured in the image or has information relating to the incidents.
