A man has today been charged with a number of historic sexual offences against children.

Michael Souter, of Low Bungay Road in Loddon, has been charged with 18 offences relating to male children, plus an offence against a man and an offence against a woman, which are alleged to have taken place between 1979 and 1999 in Norfolk.

The 59-year-old is due before Norwich Magistrates Court on Friday 30 November 2012.
