Man charged with drug supply offences in Norwich

A man has been charged after thousands of pounds worth of Class A drugs were seized from a car in Norwich.

Officers stopped a car on the A11 Thickthorn roundabout at approximately 2pm on Tuesday 12 March and found a large amount of Class A drugs worth approximately £10,000, along with a lock knife and mobile phones.

Kobi Simmons-Cunningham, aged 21 and from Sydenham in London, has been charged with two counts of possession with intent to supply a Class A drug, one count of possession of cannabis, one count of possession of a knife, driving whilst disqualified, using a motor vehicle without insurance and acquiring criminal property.

Simmons-Cunningham is due to appear at Norwich Magistrates Court today, Thursday 14 March 2019.
