Part Time (18.5) – Permanent

Band D: £23,361 - £26,433 per annum/pro rata

Applications are invited for the above post in the Corporate Communications department based at PHQ or OCC.

It is essential that applicants meet the following criteria:

  • Recent experience of working in a digital communications environment
  • Qualifications in or recent knowledge and experience of HTML, Adobe Master Collection including Dreamweaver, Photoshop and InDesign
  • Qualification or recent experience in graphic/web design
  • Recent experience of corporate or business web content management, maintenance and development.
  • Excellent writing and editorial skills with experience in dynamic digital environment
  • Able to work independently and to tight deadlines
  • Knowledge and experience of using social media networks
  • Good keyboard skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Flexibility regarding working hours in the event of needing to support major incidents or urgent corporate issues (weekends and/or evenings)

It is desirable that applicants meet the following criteria:

  • Video editing, digital photographic, multi-media and graphic design skills such as Adobe Creative Studio
  • Qualification or recent knowledge or experience of Microsoft SharePoint
  •  Ability to travel across Suffolk and Norfolk

Hours of work are 18.5 per week, between Monday to Friday. This post is offered on a permanent basis.
