The Contact and Control Room (CCR) operates from a specialist room at the police headquaters in Wymondham and is the hub of communication across the Force, answering emergency and non-emergency calls from members of the public.

It provides contact with officers and staff on the ground and is responsible for the deployment of police offices to incidents across Norfolk.
