Raising Confidence in the Police: You get back what you give is a digital training resource for Norfolk Constabulary which helps raise staff awareness about how we communicate with each other and in particular the public.

The broadcast quality customer service DVD covers four key areas of communication as part of our continuing programme in raising customer service standards.

Actor Graham Cole (PC Tony Stamp in The Bill) presents the DVD which recreates various scenarios in the workplace to demonstrate and deliver the key message of ‘You get back what you give’:

• Email.

The DVD is a valuable training resource for both officers and police staff, focusing on core communications behaviours.  It can also be used in addition to existing induction methods and training for new recruits to the police service.
