Stephen Mellor

Stephen Mellor joined Norfolk Constabulary in 2006 from Devon and Cornwall Police. He has spent all his working life in finance, initially in industry, however, he has spent most of his career in the public sector in a variety of roles. Much of his time has been spent supporting criminal justice-related services.

Stephen Mellor is the senior professional finance advisor for the Constabulary and is a long-standing member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
