Gary Headland

Gary Headland joined Norfolk Constabulary in September 2008, having previously served in the Royal Air Force for 22 years.

A retired Wing Commander, he is the first incumbent of the post of Director of Performance and Organisational Development and is responsible for four teams including the Business Performance Unit, Business Performance Analysis Unit, Business Support Review Team, and Corporate Projects Team.
