Bob Scully
Chief Superintendent Bob Scully
Bob Scully joined Lincolnshire Police in 1988 and transferred to
Norfolk Constabulary in 2002 as Superintendent.
He was promoted to Chief Superintendent in 2005.
During his service with Norfolk Constabulary he has performed
the role of Superintendent Specialist Operations, Chief
Superintendent Operations Command, Chief Superintendent Citizen
Focus Command and now as Chief Superintendent for the Contact and
Control Room and the Partnerships Department.
He is also responsible for supporting the lead Assistant Chief
Constable for Citizen Focus.
Bob Scully's service has almost exclusively been in
uniformed operational roles in two rural forces. His posts have
included specialist operational support, sector management,
communications centre and operational management. He is an
experienced public order, firearms and Chemical, Biological,
Radiological, and Nuclear (CBRN) commander and is currently the
secretary for the Superintendent’s Association in Norfolk.
